That’s my latest accomplishment, Betty Crocker Super Moist Milk Chocolate Cake (or cupcake), hehe!
It’s been awhile I have not post any recipe, fret not, here comes a healthy and easy one, barley oatmeal recipe, hehe! 😉
I know that oatmeal could be quite plain/bland/boring, but try adding some barley, you will be surprise!
Yes, you heard it right, those barley that we use to make barley drink.
I cooked some to make barley drink the other day, but I did not discard the barley immediately. I kept it in the fridge, and add them into my oatmeal for breakfast the next morning.
A lot of people knew its chinese name as 芫荽, but doesn’t know that it’s called coriander (picture below), and also known as cilantro or Chinese parsley.
Mint is one of the easy plant to grow, but I did not know that until we bought a pot from NTUC.
As the plant grew sideway and getting longer, my partner cut it into a few stick and simply stuck it into the soil.
Wow! To my surprise, it works and all of them grew well. 😉
This pot (below picture) were all cut from the original plant, and stuck into the soil to grow one.
If you enlarge the picture (click on the picture to enlarge), you can see that all of them were like sticks, standing up from the soil.
