CLAYPOT RICE RECIPE

Does this claypot look familiar to you?
Yap, it is the claypot from my Man Fu Yuan Pen Cai. Though abit large in size, but still good for cooking two servings of claypot rice (see below picture), hehe! 
Recently, my partner had been going for his physical training (twice a week), and would return home late. Therefore, he requested me to cook something easy to eat, which is not too heavy.
So, I thought it is a good time to cook some one dish meal, and here comes my claypot rice recipe:
DINING OUT – CRAZY WORLD CAFE
By · CommentsLast Thursday, I went to China Town (running some errand for my partner), and was wandering along temple street during lunch hour.
Casually walking through the stretch of shop houses, while looking for a place to eat and drink.
Then I saw this eye catching red signboard (above picture), having the word “Crazy World” written on it.
Curiously I took a closer look, when I saw this promotion, I happily went in the cafe before reading clearly the T&C, haha! Do take note of the T&C for this promotion, if you are going there these two weeks (from 1 to 13 May 2012). 
MOTHER’S DAY 2012 – CAKE PROMOTION
By · CommentsSame as last year, pastry chefs from both The Ritz-Carlton, Millenia Singapore and Singapore Marriott Hotel, are teaming up to bake 10,000 Valrhona Chocolate Banana cake for Mother’s Day 2012,to raise funds for Operation Smile Singapore!
Each cake weighing 500g will retail at $28 (plus delivery charge of $4).
